I am a cybersecurity GTM operator, angel investor, aspiring biohacker, and former football player (Go Bears). I competed as a Division I athlete (where I either trained with, competed with or against elite level athletes e.g the likes of Jared Goff, Sam Darnold, Christian McCaffrey, Marcus Mariota, Marshawn Lynch to name a few). That experience shaped how I think about discipline, preparation, resilience, and execution.

My professional career has lived in cybersecurity GTM, where I’ve had a front row seat to some of the most successful security companies of our time. From Wiz’s early days helping scale revenue from $1M to $100M and now nearing $1B ARR and a Google acquisition to CrowdStrike becoming arguably the defining cyber company of this era, my time on these teams profoundly shaped how I think about the indispensable role security plays in enabling the modern world.

Company Building and Investing

I began angel investing in 2021 after coming across Jason Calacanis’s book, Angel. Since then, I’ve invested in:

OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Grok, xAI, Discord, Lambda, Replit, Crusoe, Vanguard Defense, CIV Robotics, Dragos, Crate, Hermeus, Jericho Security, Helix, Elroy Air, Mundi, Vela, Neurophos, Linewise (YCX25), Modern Intelligence, Seismic Therapeutics, Kayhan Space, Rosotics, Blue, Modelence. Stealth: Quantum start up, Health Tech start up, various Cyber start ups.

I’m especially drawn to technical founders building at the edge of AI, security, defense, robotics, infrastructure, and frontier science.

Physical Health

I healed myself from Crohn’s disease after a long stage of experimentation, moving from vegan, to keto, to carnivore, and ultimately landing on an animal based approach centered around fruit, beef (grass fed and finished of course), beef organs, raw milk, oysters, fermented and other whole foods. That shift paired with proactive stress management practices changed my life.

Combined with a lifetime of sports and recovery discipline, I’ve become obsessed with optimizing physical performance: supplementation, red light therapy, breathwork, chi, grounding, nervous system regulation.

I believe most people underestimate how deeply stress and the food they consume affect their life.

You cannot reach your potential without working to optimize your physical health.

Emotional Wellbeing

I believe healing emotional blocks from the past and calming hyper fixations of the future unlock the ability to be present which is a prerequisite to some of the greatest joys life has to offer: the ability to fully love yourself and those around you.

Healing the heart, developing emotional literacy (especially for the men out there), quieting the yearning for constant consumption and external validation, and learning to trust life more deeply, is what creates a truly full life in my opinion.
